Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how FiveToClose ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you visit sbf.fivetoclose.cloud, deposit cryptocurrency to fund wallets displayed on the site, contact support, or participate in SBF FTC fund-related communications (collectively, the "Services").
By using the site or submitting information, you agree to the practices below. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you contact support, request fund documentation, or complete investor onboarding (when available), we may collect your name, email address, phone number, accreditation attestations, wallet addresses you voluntarily disclose, and message content.
On-chain deposits. When you send cryptocurrency to addresses published on this site, transaction data — including wallet addresses, amounts, timestamps, and memos/tags — is recorded on public blockchains. We may associate on-chain deposits with investor records using transaction hashes, destination tags, and internal reconciliation data.
Automatic technical data. We may collect IP address, browser type, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP for security, analytics, and performance monitoring.

- Verify accredited-investor eligibility and maintain compliance records
- Communicate about distributions, lock-up periods, divestment requests, and fund updates
- Respond to support inquiries and legal requests
- Detect fraud, abuse, sanctions exposure, or unauthorized access
- Improve site security and user experience

How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:
- Service providers (hosting, email, analytics, compliance screening)
- Legal and accounting professionals bound by confidentiality
- Law enforcement or regulators when required by law or valid legal process
- Successors in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale involving the fund operations
Blockchain transactions are inherently public. Wallet addresses and transaction details may be visible to anyone with blockchain access.
Cookies & Tracking
We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for session management, security, and analytics. You may adjust browser settings to refuse cookies; some features may not function properly without them.
Data Retention
We retain personal and transaction records as long as reasonably necessary for fund administration, investor communications, dispute resolution, tax reporting, and legal compliance — including retention beyond account closure where required by law.
Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You provide information and initiate on-chain transfers at your own risk.
International Users
The Services are operated from the United States. If you access the site from outside the U.S., you consent to processing and storage in the U.S. and other jurisdictions where our providers operate.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information. Contact support@fivetoclose.cloud with subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify identity and may retain certain records as required by law or fund obligations.
